Too many cleaning services
contractors believe that their job is done when the cleaning is done. As long as there are no complaints, why should they do anything else? To some companies, merely adequate service is enough.
Not to USSI. In order to facilitate the best possible customer support, the position of Client Services Manager was created. Just as the Client Solutions Center is a one-stop shop for clients to contact USSI, the CSM is the primary contact through which USSI communicates with the client.
The CSM’s primary duties include routine visits to our clients in order to discuss anything from new billing issues to new cleaning programs. If there are business opportunities outside the scope of an existing cleaning contract, the CSM will inform clients. Finally, the CSM is yet another way for our clients to bring issues they have to our attention.
When we talk about cleaning the one best way, we’re not just talking about using better vacuums—we’re talking about the best customer support there is.
