Bethesda offices. If clients have any request or question, our center provides one point of access for issue resolution, questions, and any other on-going support.
Professionally trained client service representatives are ready to help via phone, fax, or e-mail. The client service rep will then take the necessary steps resolve an issue, get an answer, provide a quote for any special service, or contact the necessary party to resolve the issue.
To ensure timely resolution of routine issues, the Client
Solutions Center maintains electronic logs which are monitored and
recorded in a database. Any communication is detailed and tracked until a proper resolution is reached. This process enables us to identify both positive and negative trends and assist with a root cause analysis review to reduce future issues.
The client solutions center is “manned” during traditional business hours. However, recognizing that emergency situations arise, USSI has also established an emergency line available 24/7/365. Our emergency response team is ready to handle any unfortunate events that might affect your business.
