for issue resolution, questions, and any other ongoing support.
Professionally trained client service representatives are ready to
help via phone, fax, or e-mail. The client service representative
will take the necessary steps resolve an issue, get an answer,
provide a quote for any special service, or contact the necessary
party to resolve the issue.
To ensure timely resolution of routine issues, the Client
Solution Center maintains electronic logs which are monitored and
recorded in a database. Any communication is detailed and tracked until a proper resolution is reached. This process enables us to identify both positive and negative trends and assist with a root cause analysis review to reduce future issues.
The Client Solution Center is “manned” during traditional business hours. However, recognizing that emergency situations arise, USSI has also established an emergency line available 24/7/365. Our emergency response team is ready to handle any unforseen
cleaning related issues that might affect your business.
