As part of USSI’s dedication to customer service and support, we developed the MyUSSI web site to complement the other services in our Customer Service Solutions group. MyUSSI is designed to foster fast, reliable communication between USSI and our clients.

Using the unique software designed especially by USSI, clients can track their issues, both open and closed, at anytime, from anywhere, via the Internet. You can also track the cleaning performance of individual properties or entire portfolios—all in real-time.

Finally, to ensure consistent service, MyUSSI is housed on our own servers and maintained by our own dedicated IT staff.
