USSI has a reputation for providing a high level of

In order to maintain these high standards, USSI conducts periodic
audits of daily cleaning operations. Results of these audits are
communicated to our clients to receive valuable feedback, which
helps us improve our service and address the unique needs of the
facility.
In addition to monitoring cleaning operations, USSI conducts
tenant surveys to gauge client satisfaction. The tenant survey
focuses on not only the cleaning aspect, but also on other
parameters such as responsiveness, specific tenant issues and
supervision.
Through this process of audits and tenant surveys, USSI continues
to innovate, improve and evolve our services to offer customized
